And She Couldn't Wait!
Guess i should step in here for a bit for the benefit of those looking at this space. After 2 full days of contraction - starting 13 Feb... She finally eased out of the birth canal on 15 Feb. Well... perhaps she just want to share the same birthday as her brother :) Yes, i had a VBAC! Can't tolerate the pain much at 9 cm and i had to use the gas for a bit. Didn't have any epistomy so there is nothing to 'heal' and i have been very active.
Being 4 weeks early, she is deemed to be a little premature and currently having a sunbath under the blue lights. She can only be discharged today at noon.
Thank God for the smooth delivery and safety of both of us. It has been a little chaotic at home and household stuff are piling up to be done. So many things happened in the past 3 weeks that threw me off balance. Perhaps this is another reason why she arrived early. We will get by, hopefully when everything settles in, i could do more updates and also migrate to another portal.

Hi Phoebe, congrats on the arrival of ur new girl and really really glad to see your post!
Didn't really know what happen which makes you take tim's blog offline. I miss him you know....
Congrats to your new bundle of joy, Phoebe! And yeah to you, VBAC!! Finally, you did it! :)
Take good care of yourself, have plenty of rest! Hope to see you back here more often...if time permits!
And yes, i miss Tim as well...badly...
Thank you girls.
I didn't have the time to sort out the journal thingy. My Dad passed away on CNY eve (his 58th birthday) and a chain of events just streamed in; Troy was hospitalised, then baby decided to arrive early. Pretty stressful time if you ask me.
We are coping well with our new addition. I am not very keen on having a helper around therefore everything is still DIY.
Still trying to settle in and get adjusted to the change. I think Tim is the one who is most affected by the change. Feel sorry for him when he 'misbehaves' just to get attention :(
Congratulations on your little baby girl! I am so happy that you had a successful VBAC! Hope that you are getting loads of rest and that things will get easier as time goes on. Once again, congratulations! - Christina
Now you make me envy! VBAC! Well done! And you have gas only, wow! I needed a jab almost immediately, but were denied on both occassions. Reason, it's way too early to have that! :P
oh wow, Phoebe! This is excellent news. Congratulations. Decided on any names yet?
Will continue to pray for you and your family. Hope all is well. Will try to catch you on MSN soon. :)

I am so happy that you are still blogging! :)
Hello Girls! I miss you all too! Thank you for dropping by. Fannie, i will try to get the birth story sorted out. I am still contemplating on the portal. So much has happened... so much to write. I may just give up for a bit and put stuff up at blogspot again :P Catch you girls soon. I promise! ;)
